Health Aide

Health Services SupportUnder general supervision, to provide health services support by caring for the health needs of special education students; incumbents perform a variety of duties both in and out of the classroom and play a major role in caring for the physical needs of the students and perform a variety of clerical duties, such as maintaining health records and files. Employees in this classification receive general supervision from an assigned administrator and work on a regular basis with a School Nurse within a well-defined framework of policies and procedures. Education and Experience: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school.
