This includes using hand tools and power tools, following clear safety procedures, and ensuring all products meet high-quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values structure, and takes pride in producing high-quality results.\nResponsibilities\nBe prepared to start work on time.\nFollow step-by-step instructions to:\nFabricate and assemble chimney dampers.\nUse tools safely (e.g., drills, riveters, pneumatic tools).\nPackage and label completed products.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area.\nHelp restock hardware and supplies.\nParticipate in team efforts to meet production goals.\nCommunicate with your team and check email updates (where applicable).\nSuggest improvements to make the work safer or more efficient.\nDaily Tasks May Include\nUsing hand tools to assemble small components.\nLifting and stacking boxes up to 40 lbs (equipment provided).\nWrapping and moving pallets.\nCleaning and taking out garbage.\nOrganizing hardware bins and shelves.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWillingness to learn new tasks.\nA positive, respectful attitude.\nComfort working on a team.\nAttention to detail and quality.\nAbility to follow safety rules and procedures.\nPhysical Requirements\nRepetitive use of hands and fingers.\nStanding, bending, and lifting during your shift.\nVisual checks of materials and finished products.\nLifting up to 40 lbs using proper equipment.\nIf you need accommodations to meet any of these requirements, we encourage you to reach out.
