If you've delivered 500+ unit communities or $100M+ high‐rise work, this role puts you in charge of the full field operation with strong organizational backing and a steady pipeline.Competitive pay, performance % bonuses, Vehicle allowance, and full benefits from day one, with a $300,000 package potential!What You'll Do• Lead all field operations and a team of superintendents to build multiple mid and high-rise jobs on same site.• Drive schedule, quality, safety, and trade performance• Manage P6 schedules, site logistics, and as‐built documentation• Serve as the on‐site partner for owners, consultants, inspectors, and trade partners• Oversee subcontractor performance, production, and punch lists• Support budget alignment with project managementWhat You Bring• Leadership experience managing other supers on large multifamily or high‐rise xmcpwfu projects• 15+ years of construction experience, including 5–7 years in a senior field role• Proven success delivering $100M+ or 500+ unit projects• High‐rise residential experience• Strong trade partner management and team‐building skills• Proficiency with Procore, P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office• OSHA 30 / First Aid - CPR preferred
