Subsea Tieback Operator","description":"The Subsea Tieback Operator is responsible for starting up, operating, monitoring, and shutting down process and utility systems for subsea wells while ensuring optimal performance of key parameters such as flow, temperature, and pressure.\n\nStart up, operate, monitor, and shut down process and utility systems of subsea wells.\nMonitor, maintain, and optimize process parameters (level, flow, temperature, pressure, etc.) within operating requirements.\nEnsure sampling is carried out and sample results are acted upon.\nTroubleshoot to maximize sales quality and delivery volume and identify problems.\nMaintain discharge water quality within current SBMPC or local guidelines.\nMonitor and operate electrical/hydraulic control panels, safety and emergency shutdown devices, fire and gas systems.\nEnsure accurate production reporting is submitted daily or as required by the company and client.\nWitness third-party calibrations when appropriate to provide verification of meter factors and volumes.\nProve export oil meters.\nCarry out all operations in a safe and environmentally sound manner, operating the offshore production facility in accordance with customer requirements.\nTest, calibrate, maintain, and inspect equipment.\nPerform mandatory paperwork required by customer and government agencies.\nCoordinate logistics for the facility.\nChemical treating and handling.\nFacilitate maintenance operations by applying/removing isolations as required.\nOperate under PTW system, Toolbox Talk, and Risk Assessments.\nAdvise maintenance personnel on hazards of plant and equipment.\nMaintain clear and precise communications during maintenance operations.\nControl activities of vendor and subcontractor personnel.\nCreate and maintain effective working relationships.\nCreate and maintain a positive work culture.\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\n4-6 years' experience working offshore with direct control of flowing subsea wells.\nControl room experience.\nOffshore production operating experience.\nDeepwater offshore experience.\nGood experience with Permit to Work.\nMedically fit to offshore international standards such as ENG1 or
