This role involves driving innovation, managing engineering teams, and collaborating across departments to develop scalable mobile solutions that impact millions of users globally.\r\nKey Responsibilities Lead and mentor small teams of engineers, overseeing software development, design, and architectural decisions.\r\nCollaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.\r\nEnsure high-quality code and best practices are maintained across projects.\r\nManage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.\r\nDrive technical innovation by staying up-to-date with industry trends and integrating new technologies.\r\nMinimum Qualifications Over 10 years of experience in mobile and desktop user experience development.\r\nAt least 3 years of supervisory experience managing engineering teams.\r\nDeep expertise in Mobile App Development, including React Native, iOS, and Android.\r\nExperience with microservices architecture and cloud technologies, especially Azure.\r\nProven ability to lead large-scale projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.\r\nPreferred Skills and Experience Experience with DevOps, Chaos Engineering, SRE, and operational excellence.\r\nStrong leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.\r\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.\r\nAdditional Information Position is full-time, based in Bentonville, AR, with a salary range of $130,000 - $260,000.
