This role focuses on optimizing warehousing and operational processes in a Lean, just-in-time environment within a 100% Associate‑owned, global company.\nResponsibilities Develop and define process layouts covering safety, equipment, and material flow.\nLeverage Lean and Six Sigma practices to continuously identify and implement process improvements aimed at enhancing safety, quality, reducing costs, and increasing earnings.\nCollaborate across teams to support project management and manufacturing initiatives.\nQualifications Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.\n4+ years of experience improving processes and equipment in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.\nPassion for delivering process improvements and strong collaboration skills.\nProficiency with MS Office applications.\nPrior experience with Bill of Materials.\nPreferred: Oracle WMS or equivalent ERP/WMS experience.\nExperience with Autonomous Mobile Robots integration.\nExperience facilitating Kaizens and using database management tools.\nAbility to write queries including Power BI.\nSix Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.\nExperience with Lean manufacturing, statistical analysis software, value stream mapping, FMEA, and structured problem solving.\nPreferred Experience Oracle WMS or equivalent ERP/WMS experience.\nIntegration of Autonomous Mobile Robots.\nFacilitating Kaizens.\nDatabase management tool experience.\nPower BI query development.\nSix Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.\nLean manufacturing, statistical analysis software, value stream mapping, FMEA, structured problem solving.\nLocation & Travel Onsite – Hanover, NH.
