Desired Experience and Skills:4-6+ years related industry experienceRole Summary:The Installation Supervisor is responsible for the management and the timely completion of projects. Duties include leading teams in the installation of all product in accordance with CBI and manufacturers' specifications. They are responsible for efficiently resolving any issues that may arise with projects and/or crew, and for effective communication to all critical project stakeholders. In this role, it is the supervisor's responsibility to project a positive image of CBI through professional appearance and personal interactions with clients/crew members and any other CBI associates.Responsibilities:Effectively communicate with all critical stakeholders, such as subcontractors, general contractors, coworkers, and clientsBuild positive relationships with other trades involved in projectsManage and meet deadlines for assigned projects and initiativesRead and interpret drawings to lay out floors and identify essential electrical core positionsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and exercise sound judgment to prevent injuriesManage crews of all sizes and experience levelsProvide training to installer levels I, II, IIIUnderstand forklift safety and properly operate equipment.Promote Asset protection for both internal and external clientsManage all punch lists and lead internal and external walkthroughsProficiently use ACC Build on a company iPad to complete daily updates, mark delivery tickets, and document issuesPossess an extensive tool kit and train others on proper tool usagePerform CBI inventory proceduresAccurately fill out time sheets Qualities of a High Performing Team Member: Strong work ethicAccountabilityApproachableCommittedCourageousDrivenDedicationIntegrityLearnerLoyalPassionateServant LeadershipTeam PlayerTrustworthyThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by Associates assigned to this classification.
