As a Bar Supervisor, you will be the first impression for our guests upon arrival and throughout their stay you will lead by example and champion the front desk staff to build lasting impressions and guest loyalty. Your role is to ensure our guests enjoy a quality food and beverage experience that will allow them to lift their glass and cheers to a successful stay. Serve wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages. Serve food prepared in the restaurant as needed.Offer both flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.Complete guest orders and accurately collect payments.Clean and wash bar ware, utensils and bar area. Restock and prep bar items as needed.Assist with quality, cleanliness and organization of the bar, restaurant and kitchen.Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.Qualifications
