This is not just a wrench-turning role—we need a true leader who can diagnose, repair, manage workflow, and ensure every vehicle and customer experience meets the highest standard.As a Master Mechanic, you must have an in-depth understanding of all vehicle systems and components. You will also be responsible for maintaining repair shop equipment, preparing cost estimates, and maintaining a welcoming environment.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles (domestic, import, and diesel)Handle complex electrical, drivability, engine, and transmission diagnosticsConduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakesOversee daily shop operations and workflow efficiencyLead, mentor, and support other mechanic and techniciansEnsure high-quality workmanship on every repairCommunicate clearly with service advisors and customers when neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environmentHelp drive productivity, efficiency, and profitabilityMaintain accurate repair shop records and paperworkEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat businessQualificationsProven "A-level" or Master Technician experienceStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with no supervisionLeadership mindset—able to run a shop, not just work in oneExperience with modern scan tools, diagnostics, and repair proceduresHigh integrity, accountability, and attention to detailASE certifications (or equivalent real-world expertise)Compensation & Benefits$100,000 – $120,000 annual salary (based on experience)Stable, full-time position (Monday-Saturday)Supportive team environmentOpportunity to build and lead a high-performing shop
