Start and end dates will be determined based on the selected candidate’s school schedule. Interns are expected to work 10 weeks (at 40 hours per week).During our summer internship program, you will be given assignments that expand on the skills you have developed in school and provide on the job experience.Position RequirementsPursuing a BA/BS degree in relevant programDemonstrated skills and competency in relevant fieldStrong analytical skills: must be able to breakdown problems and identify methods to solve those problems Must be curious, with a natural drive to learn and understandMust be a team player with the ability to develop strong working relationships and partnerships across different departments and with customersA strong business sense – person needs the ability to understand market problems and opportunitiesEntrepreneurial drive to take ownership of a task and execute to achieve the desired outcomeA strong service orientation with a “how can I help?” approachStrong time management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust have above average technical aptitudeResponsibilitiesDevelop and support HW for automotive diagnostic and testing applicationDevelop and support low level software (using C) including system-level and driver-level SWInvestigate/troubleshoot HW failuresCreate HW test plans as required and review test data.Perform HW analysis and create reports.Create reports for feedback of HW issues to new designs.Create SW/test SW as necessary for HW validationGenerate engineering documents: specifications, schematics, BOM, validation reports, etc.Work closely with quality and manufacturing departmentsFollow established procedures and best practicesWhat can we offer you?A paid internship that will give you the opportunity to use your talents and start your career.
