Front St. Berwick.\r\nThis position is responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the Electronic Banking and Deposit Operations functions of the bank. To provide efficient and accurate electronic transactions to service the Bank's customers and support Bank personnel, the position coordinates work within the department, as well as with other departments. Complies with established operating policies and procedures; reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor and respond to inquiries or requests for information.\r\nProcesses ACH (automated clearing house) and other transactions electronically received and balance reports.\r\nReviews NSF and overdraft items and mails notices.\r\nHandles phone inquiries to assist with ACH related questions and corresponds daily with branch managers.\r\nAssists with handling of ATM/Debit/HSA cards, transactions and disputes.\r\nApplicants must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
