This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.\n \nSalary\n$105,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience\n \nWork Hours & Benefits\n\nFull-time (40 hours per week)\nMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance\nFree basic life insurance\nShort- and long-term disability coverage\n401(k) retirement plan\nPaid holidays\nPaid time off\n\nKey Objectives\n\nBuild, lead, and develop high-performing project teams\nManage projects from planning through completion\nEnsure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget\nIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies\nMaintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders\n\nResponsibilities\n\nManage project scope, timelines, and performance standards\nProvide monthly financial reporting and projections\nCoordinate with general contractors and manage project schedules\nImplement 30-, 90-, and 120-day labor look-ahead plans\nDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors\nAllocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency\nCommunicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n5+ years of project management experience\nExperience in HVAC and plumbing construction\nStrong ability to manage deadlines and budgets\nProven experience working with multiple levels of management\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong presentation and organizational skills\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with project scheduling software\nBackground in monthly financial forecasting\nExperience mentoring or coaching team members\nOSHA 30 certification\n\nAdditional Requirements\nSelected candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
