Sets the patterns future infra engineers build on, and helps recruit and eventually lead the team.\n\nWhat you will be doing\nOwn the infra and platform layer end-to-end: build a 'Vercel for integration runtime' with durable execution, sandboxed isolation and self-healing\nBuild and scale the agent infrastructure powering coding agents that write, test and deploy integration code in production\nDesign the observability layer giving enterprise customers full visibility into integrations and agents\nArchitect and ship a single-tenant, self-hostable build so customers can run the platform in their own cloud\nHelp hire and build the infrastructure team, growing into a leadership role\nTech stack\n\nKubernetes, AWS/GCP, Docker, TypeScript\n\nAbout Temper\n\nAgentic integration platform (AI-native system integrator) for the real economy: AI agents gather requirements, generate, test, deploy and self-heal ERP integrations for manufacturing, warehousing, trucking and logistics.
