The Lead Programmer Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. They will also participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.\n\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nServe as the lead resource to design, develop, code, test, debug, and document major software applications using programming languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, SQL), integration tools (APIs), and middleware (e.g. Message Queueing, Event Streaming, API Gateways), leveraging relevant experience, and knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and requirements.\n\nCollaborate with business users, technical resources, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new software applications and enhancements to existing systems\n\nLead code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure high-quality software solutions. Promote the use of automation\n\nProvide technical support and assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting software issues, answering questions, and providing training as needed\n\nDevelop and maintain workflows, data, and data integration solutions to support business processes and reporting needs, within a DevOps framework.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and software defects\n\nEnsure timely resolution of support tickets within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and engage with vendor support as needed to resolve escalated issues\n\nStay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in information technology, and share with the team.\n\nProvide technical guidance, code review leadership, and mentoring to Programmer Analyst staff, serving as a technical lead on integration and platform projects assigned.\n\nParticipate in or organize team activities.
