Due to continued growth we are currently accepting applications for a Local CDL A Route Delivery Driver to work in Clackamas, OR.Compensation - The annual salary range is $80,000 to $85,000 per year, which includes:Route pay with efficiency incentive.Unlimited work available; top producers making up to $100,000/year$2,500 sign on bonus: $1,250 paid out after 2 weeks of employment and $1,250 paid out after 6 monthsTypical work week is 50-60 hours per week; no overtimeBi-weekly paychecksBenefitsBenefits (Medical, Dental, Vision); Eligibility after 60 days of employmentPaid Holidays and Vacations401K with company matchProfit sharing and other discretionary bonusesWork ScheduleMonday - Sunday, 2 days off per weekStart times vary typically between 3:00am-6:00am, work until work is completed, typically 10-12 hours per day.Local routes, 2-8 stops per day. Clackamas, OR; Seattle, WA; Lind, WAHome daily, no overnights.Driver unload using pallet jack, out of truck at every stop.Work schedule may change based on business needs; must be flexible with work scheduleResponsibilitiesDrive CDL trucks to transport products to specific route destinationsTouch freight deliveries with a pallet jack electric or manualProvide excellent customer serviceMonitor product condition and temperature when required to ensure product quality at time of deliveryCheck mechanical aspects of the vehicle with pre and post trip inspectionsReport maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailersProcess paperwork for customer deliveries as requiredComplete electronic hours of service logs as an interstate driverSnow chaining is sometimes required during the winter. Chaining is part of the job but also compensated in addition to driving when chaining is requiredRequirementsMust have 1 year of verifiable CDL A tractor-trailer experienceCurrent DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen and physicalHold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, with air brakes endorsementWinter driving and/or snow chaining experienced required.Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of sensesAble to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoorsLegally eligible to work in the U.S.Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand EnglishBe able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance
