About the role:We are looking for a creative, proactive Senior Manager, Retail Sales to support the day-to-day execution and management of our retail business. This role plays a critical part in helping Lemme continue to scale at retail while being a strong partner to our retailers.Reporting to the Senior Director of Retail, this role will support and manage key retail accounts while helping drive both sell-in and sell-through across the business. The Senior Manager will work cross-functionally across internal teams including Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance, while also partnering closely with external stakeholders including retailers, brokers, and distributors.This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role that blends account management, analytics, and execution. The ideal candidate brings strong experience working with national retailers such as Target and/or Walmart, is comfortable owning multiple workstreams, and is excited to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Responsibilities:Manage key retail accounts with a focus on Target and/or Walmart including driving sell-in and sell-through initiatives across retailersManage brokers and external partners, serving as the primary liaison between retail partners, brokers, and internal teams to support account management and drive retail performanceAnalyze weekly sales performance and build reporting tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendationsPartner cross-functionally with Operations, Brand, Creative, and Finance to support sales & inventory planning, and overall retail executionBuild presentations and materials for buyer meetings, line reviews, and internal leadership updatesOwn and manage retail calendars, promotional timing, and key milestones to ensure alignment across the businessCoordinate and lead recurring meetings with internal stakeholders and external partnersSupport onboarding and execution of new retail partners as the business continues to scaleMaintain a strong understanding of category trends and the competitive landscape to inform retail strategyTravel for retailer meetings, store visits, and industry eventsThis should describe you:5+ years of experience in retail partnerships, sales, or buyingExperience working with national retailers such as Target and/or WalmartProven ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable recommendationsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholdersComfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with both internal teams and external partnersExperience working with brokers or third-party partners is a plusStrong communicator with the ability to tailor messaging to peers, leadership, retailers, and external partnersHighly organized, able to balance strategic priorities with executional detail while operating effectively in a fast-paced environmentPassion for the wellness/beauty category and an interest in shopper behaviorWhat’s in it for you:Hybrid work (3-days a week in office)401k program with employer matchHealthcare, Dental & Vision benefitsUnlimited vacation policy to ensure you have a healthy work-life balance
