This selected candidate will join our leadership team of qualified, diverse individuals onsite in Iuka, Mississippi.\nThis person will manage the cost, schedule and technical performance of contract(s) and lead shaping program requirements for follow-on efforts. You will act as primary customer interface for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes and manages milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program risks and opportunities, and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs and manages the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, operations and administrative.\nDirects all phases of programs from inception through completion.
