Key Responsibilities Structure, draft, negotiate, and close various commercial agreements including SaaS and on-premise software agreements Develop and refine contract templates and approval workflows to enhance efficiency Advise on deal structures and navigate complex procurement processes Required Qualifications 6-10+ years of experience in technology transactions, with a mix of law firm and in-house experience Significant experience in supporting enterprise sales teams with SaaS and on-premise software licensing Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements Excellent judgment in risk assessment and distinction between material and theoretical risk Ability to work in a fast-paced growth-stage environment, owning outcomes
