Sales Support/Customer Relations Representative
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Support/Customer Relations Rep to act as the primary liaison between our customers, field sales team, and internal operations. This role ensures a seamless customer experience by managing the end-to-end sales order process, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining high-quality service standards.• Order Management: Ensure sales orders are processed accurately and expeditiously, ensuring timely shipments and adherence to delivery deadlines.• Customer Advocacy: Act as the first point of contact for customers and sales reps regarding pricing, availability, product information, and order status.• Discrepancy Resolution: Research and resolve order, inventory, and invoice discrepancies, taking swift corrective action to maintain positive customer relations.• Operational Liaison: Collaborate with Planning/Forecasting departments to align inventory availability with customer requirements.• Financial Support: Assist the credit department by resolving invoice disputes and chargebacks.• Reporting & Data Integrity: Create weekly spreadsheets and sales reports for management and maintain accurate data within the CRM/ERP system.• Operational Support: Review daily order status and backorder reports and provide operational support across all product brandsQualifications-• 2+ years office experience.• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.• Excellent communication and high attention to detail.• Reliable team player.• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).• Experience with EDI order processing a plus.
