Telecom Sales Team Member

EMG is expanding its telecommunications division and hiring motivated individuals to join our growing team as Telecom Sales Team Members. This is a full-time role that starts entry-level and is an opportunity built for candidates eager to learn sales, customer service, and account management while representing major names in wireless and fiber internet technology. As a Telecom Sales Team Member, you will connect directly with customers, discuss wireless service options, and help them find the best telecom solutions for them. Responsibilities of a Telecom Sales Team Member: Represent leading telecommunications and wireless services in the Portland market Communicate with customers to explain wireless plans, and connectivity packages Assist customers with account activations, billing inquiries, service upgrades, and product recommendations Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professional and approachable communication Track customer interactions, sales goals, and performance metrics in systems Support leadership by contributing to sales strategies, account management, and customer engagement initiatives Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed telecom sales objectives each week. Stay current on telecommunications trends, wireless advancements, and product promotions What We’re Looking For in a Telecom Sales Team Member: Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills Passion for telecommunications, wireless technology, and customer engagement.
