Job Description Property & Preventative MaintenanceAssist with routine property inspections and unit walk-throughsIdentify recurring issues and recommend preventative maintenance solutionsCoordinate seasonal maintenance programs (HVAC servicing, gutter cleaning, winterization, etc.)Help maintain properties in a safe, clean, and habitable conditionSkills, Experience, Qualifications, If you have the right match for this opportunity, then make sure to apply today.Hands-On Maintenance ResponsibilitiesPersonally perform routine and light-to-moderate maintenance and repair work as needed, including but not limited to:Minor plumbing repairs (leaks, fixture replacements, drain issues)Basic electrical work (outlets, switches, light fixtures, troubleshooting)Drywall repair, patching, and paintingAppliance troubleshooting and minor repairsFlooring repairs and replacements (vinyl, laminate, carpet patching)Door, window, lock, and hardware repairsExterior maintenance such as minor siding, fencing, and weatherproofing repairsAssist with unit turns, including repairs, touch-ups, and preparation for new tenantsIdentify when issues exceed xaygatp in-house capabilities and escalate to licensed professionalsEnsure all work performed meets safety standards, building codes, and company quality expectationsEmergency ResponseCoordinate response to after-hours or emergency maintenance issues as neededEscalate urgent safety or habitability issues to ownership promptly
