This position is suited to a high-performing individual contributor who enjoys building relationships across the market, expanding existing engagements, and developing new opportunities. While the role includes growing relationships with current customers, an important part of the mandate is to engage new organizations across the insurance ecosystem and help them explore the potential of automation and AI-led transformation.The successful candidate will bring strong Financial Services and Insurance industry expertise, an established network across the sector, and the ability to lead consultative conversations around digital transformation, automation strategies, and AI-enabled operating models.While the primary focus will be Insurance, the role may also provide exposure to adjacent Financial Services segments such as wealth and asset management, working alongside colleagues covering those areas.We welcome individuals with experience selling enterprise SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation platforms into the Financial Services sector, particularly those familiar with the challenges facing insurance organizations.What you will get to do:Drive growth across the insurance sectorDevelop and execute account and territory strategies focused on UK & Ireland insurance organizationsEngage with insurers, managing agents, and underwriting organizations across the Lloyd's of London marketIdentify and develop new opportunities while expanding relationships within existing accountsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with revenue objectivesLead consultative sales engagementsEngage senior stakeholders in conversations around automation, AI, and operational transformationPosition SS&C Blue Prism solutions as part of broader enterprise automation and digital workforce strategiesHelp organizations explore how AI-driven automation and emerging agentic capabilities can enhance efficiency and decision-makingEstablish trusted relationships with executives and senior decision-makers across the insurance sectorEngage stakeholders across business, operations, transformation, and technology functionsNavigate procurement, legal, and regulatory considerations common in Financial ServicesMaintain accurate pipeline management and forecastingWork effectively within a partner ecosystem: Collaborate with system integrators, consulting partners, and transformation specialistsWork closely with internal teams including pre-sales, delivery, and customer successShare market insights and customer feedback with the wider Financial Services teamSupport the development of strategic initiatives and go-to-market programs across EuropeWhat we are looking for:Financial Services and insurance expertiseExperience working with or selling technology solutions into Financial Services, particularly the insurance sectorUnderstanding of the operational and regulatory challenges faced by insurance organizationsFamiliarity with the dynamics of the London insurance market and the Lloyd's of London ecosystemStrong industry networkEstablished professional network across insurance organizations in the UK & IrelandExisting relationships with stakeholders across underwriting, operations, transformation, or technology teamsAbility to leverage industry relationships to create new opportunitiesEnterprise SaaS and technology sales experienceProven track record selling enterprise software or SaaS solutionsExperience with cloud platforms, digital transformation technologies, or AI-enabled solutionsAbility to articulate the strategic value of technology in improving business outcomesExperience working with partnersExperience collaborating with system integrators, consulting firms, and strategic partnersAbility to build joint account strategies and coordinate partner-led opportunitiesComfortable operating in an ecosystem-driven enterprise sales environmentConsultative selling skillsAbility to lead strategic, value-driven conversations with senior executivesExperience positioning technology solutions in the context of business transformationStrong storytelling and business case development capabilitiesSales discipline and methodologyExperience working with structured enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICCStrong pipeline development, opportunity management, and forecasting skillsAbility to manage complex and multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cyclesThank you for your interest in SS&C!
