Assistant Project Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills. ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and coordinating all CT projects from inception to completionWorking closely with the Lead Estimator on “take-offs” and estimating for Large DOT projects, including analyzing complex projects to help the Lead Estimator in pricing for potential workQualificationsBachelor’s degree in construction management preferredExcellent computer skills (Excel, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite)Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter/problem solverExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
