Guided by our mission of _Improving Lives Through Quality Services_, we deliver a wide range of supports including Remote Support, Supported Living (Homemaker Personal Care), Adult Day Services, ICF/IID homes and Autism Services.\n\n*Position Overview:*\n\nThe Program Manager’s primary responsibilities include assistance in managing supported living services, specifically the delivery of services and ensuring that the environments in which those services are delivered meet health and safety standards. Provides management and supervision of Lead Support Associates (Lead DSP) and Support Associates (DSP).\n\nFull-time position, on-site. Pay range: $22.00 to $23.00\n\nMonday – Friday, day shift.\n\nIf needed, required \"On-call\" for 2nd shift and weekends.\n\n*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*\n\n* Monitors the key supporting elements of service delivery, such as scheduling, staff training and support, and service location monitoring.\n* Provides good stewardship by managing resources effectively, such as limiting the use of overtime, manages staff absences effectively, etc.\n* Maintains quality staff through site monitoring, including site visits, staff training, and staff performance evaluations.\n* Conducts routine meetings with Lead Support Associates to understand and address any issues occurring on the caseload.\n* Provides after-hour on-call support for staffing or client emergencies.\n\n*Position Requirements:*\n\nAssociates or Bachelor’s degree in a human service field and two (2) years of management/supervisory experience in the provision of services to individuals with developmental disabilities or related social service field, _OR _five (5) years of management/supervisory experience in the provision of services to individuals with developmental disabilities or related field.\n\n* Share company value and philosophy in regard to supporting individuals with disabilities.\n* Positive leader with ability to select, hire, train, manage, and retain staff.
