Project Manager - Industrial ConstructionLocation: Indianapolis, IN, with travelAbout the RoleWe are seeking a driven and hands-on Project Manager to lead industrial and construction projects across the United States. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being on-site, and can confidently lead projects from kickoff through completion.Projects vary in size and scope-from short-term assignments lasting a few days to large-scale initiatives spanning multiple years. This is a highly visible role where you'll serve as the primary point of contact and ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.What You'll DoServe as the primary on-site leader and point of contact for all project stakeholdersCoordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsOversee project execution including budget, schedule, and quality controlEnsure job site safety and compliance with all standardsCommunicate directly with clients, ownership, and project representativesManage both self-performed work and subcontracted scopesDrive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solvingProject ScopeProjects may include:Industrial facility construction and upgradesMechanical and electrical infrastructureFactory piping and systems installationRigging and equipment installationCivil work including concrete and site developmentWhat We're Looking ForRequired:3+ years of project management experience (construction, industrial, commercial, or similar)Strong scheduling experience (Excel, MS Project, or similar tools)Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Confident, proactive leadership presence on job sitesAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and moving partsPreferred:Industrial construction experienceEngineering or construction-related degreePMP or similar project management certificationCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $95K - $105KAnnual performance bonusCompany vehiclePer diem for travelAdditional pay for weekend workTravel accommodations providedStructured travel schedule (extended travel includes periodic trips home)What Makes This Opportunity UniqueExposure to a wide range of complex, turnkey projectsAbility to manage both self-performed and subcontracted workHigh level of ownership and visibilityOpportunity to grow with a team that values execution, leadership, and results
