{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"a202f12f97cdf169b4698dca","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a202f12f97cdf169b4698dca","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a202f12f97cdf169b4698dca","title":"Speech-Language Pathologist","description":"Compass Therapy Solutions is currently hiring Speech Language Pathologist for the 2025-2026 School year to join a school district in Springfield, MO for a contract assignment.\nProvides direct services to families and children; conducts consultation with other providers.\nAs an SLP with us, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students with communication disorders.\nResponsibilities:\nConduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders.\nDevelop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs and goals.\nProvide therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to improve communication.\nCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, educators, and other professionals, to ensure educational benefit and progress.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, IEPs, and progress notes.\nQualifications:\nSpeech Language Pathologist (SLP):\nMaster's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.\nCertificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).\nState licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.\nClinical experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred.\nSkills:\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.\nKnowledge of current research and best practices in speech-language pathology.\nProficiency in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.\nOptions for Health Savings Plans.\nRegional Team Lead Support/Supervision\nMileage reimbursement option for qualified candidates\nWill consider interested candidates for full or part-time.
