This job profile is intended for early-career professionals who apply broad theoretical knowledge and require the ability to investigate and analyse problems. Solutions are typically discussed/verified with a more senior member.Pasadena, Texas, USAEssential Functions Stay updated with local, state, and federal QESH regulations. Prepare QESH permit applications and agreements as needed by regulatory agencies. Make sure branch stays compliant with ISO requirements. Maintain injury logs. Responsible for working with Divisional Safety to ensure all external, customer-related websites are current and that the company is in good standing (i.e.: ISNetworld, PIC, etc.). Maintain all Branch QESH related files. Enter all injuries into Intelex Send out notices and other correspondents as requested by Divisional Quality and SH and Environmental. Assist in writing Branch related Job Safety Analysis, Job Hazard Analysis and other safety related documents. Maintain and update all QESH related reference material. Conduct investigations of accidents, injuries and near misses to identify root causes and work with management to determine corrective and preventative actions so that such accidents might be prevented in the future. Conduct workplace inspections within the facility to endure compliance with company policies and procedures, safety and Quality standards and governmental regulations, including but not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 AND ISO 45001. Assist with safety training and education programs. Responsibly for daily toolbox talks and weekly safety walks Assist with the company QESH manual updates and dissemination. Assist when needed in all corporate audits governing health, safety and Quality Maintain all calibration logs and make sure all equipment is calibrated in a timely manner Maintain QESH board Maintain Deviations and any other related quality paperwork needed for internal and external QESH audits. Generate environmental reports as requested by the Environmental Team. Work with the emergency response team to address environmental incidents such as chemical leaks and spills. Identify and solve any QESH violations.
