And you'll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.Key job responsibilitiesAWS hardware Engineering is looking for a customer-obsessed, team-driven technology leader to take our engineering of server hardware and software to the next level. As a server memory leader, you'll work on Amazon's hardest problems, building high quality, architecturally sound systems that are aligned with AWS business needs. You will drive AWS's memory roadmap and ensure our memory solutions meet the quality and performance requirements. You will interact with internal and external interdisciplinary teams of engineers to design, develop, validate, launch, monitor and troubleshoot at large scale. This is a fast-paced, intellectually challenging position. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
