This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in fast-paced project environments and enjoys turning data into actionable insights that drive project success.\nAs a key member of our project delivery team, you will support critical functions including scheduling, cost management, forecasting, risk analysis, and executive reporting. You will work alongside project managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders to provide the visibility and controls necessary to deliver projects safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning & Scheduling\nDevelop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.\nMonitor critical paths, milestones, and schedule performance, proactively identifying risks and potential delays.\nIntegrate schedules across multiple workstreams and update plans to reflect changing project conditions.\nSupport schedule recovery planning and provide recommendations to improve project performance.\nCost Controls & Financial Management\nTrack project budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasted costs.\nPerform cost variance analysis, earned value reporting, and trend forecasting.\nPartner with project teams to identify budget risks and develop mitigation strategies.\nPrepare accurate financial reports and executive dashboards to support decision-making.\nRisk & Change Management\nAssist in identifying, evaluating, and monitoring project risks and opportunities.\nSupport the development and implementation of risk mitigation and contingency plans.\nManage change control processes by tracking impacts to scope, schedule, and budget.\nEnsure project changes are properly documented and aligned with governance requirements.\nData Analytics & Reporting\nCollect, analyze, and interpret project performance data to identify trends and key performance indicators.\nDevelop meaningful reports and presentations for project leadership and executive stakeholders.\nUtilize data-driven insights to improve forecasting accuracy and enhance project delivery performance.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives through reporting automation and process optimization.\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Engagement\nPartner with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.\nCommunicate project performance, risks, and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.\nSupport project review meetings, executive presentations, and strategic planning sessions.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in project controls, project management, scheduling, cost controls, or construction project delivery.\nDemonstrated experience supporting large-scale capital, infrastructure, utility, or construction projects.\nAdvanced proficiency with Primavera P6 is required.\nStrong experience with Microsoft Excel, SAP, or similar cost management and reporting tools.\nExperience with Power BI, reporting automation, or business intelligence tools is highly desirable.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.\nWhy Join InnoActive Group?\nAt InnoActive Group, you'll have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects that shape communities and critical infrastructure.
