This job was posted by https://www.azjobconnection.gov : For moreinformation, please see: https://www.azjobconnection.gov/jobs/7467677AGM\'s HR Coordinator/Recruiter supports the day-to-day administrationof AGMs HR functions\with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations, performanceevaluations, wage review\coordination, and employee wellness. This role is responsible formanaging the full-cycle recruitment\process, maintaining HR records and HRIS data, supporting employeeonboarding and status\changes, and assisting with company programs and events that supportemployee engagement and\retention.\This position works closely with leadership and department managers, aswell as with external\organizations and community partners.\This is not a remote position. All duties are required to be performedon-site at AGM offices.\Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and administer the full-cycle recruitment process, includingjob postings,\applicant screening, interviews, candidate testing, offers ofemployment, onboarding, and\follow-up communications.Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop hiringstrategies, and\support fair and legally compliant interview practices.Recommend qualified candidates for open positions through AGMs TalentCommunity and\maintain recruitment records and candidate status updates throughout therecruitment\process.Support administration of employee benefit programs, includingenrollments, changes, and\terminations.Coordinate and facilitate the performance evaluation and wage reviewprocesses for all\hourly employees. Work closely with AGMs President/CEO and Managers todetermine\employee wage adjustments and status changes.Process and maintain records related to promotions, transfers, schedulechanges, demotions,\disciplinary actions, and terminations.Maintain And Update Job Descriptions, HR Forms, Departmental Documents,and work\instructions as needed.Administer employee education assistance programs, includingreimbursement tracking,\billing, recordkeeping, and communication with educational partners suchas Pima\Community College.Assist with employee engagement and recognition initiatives, includingquarterly meetings,\Employee of the Year award eligibility tracking, wellness fairs andrelated events.Maintain employee attendance records and assist with attendance-relateddisciplinary\documentation and meetings as needed. Prepare, organize, and maintain employee personnel files and HRISrecords for active and\terminated employees.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.Maintain satisfactory attendance, punctuality, and professionalappearance standards.Perform other related duties as assigned.
