Associates Degree preferred.\nMinimum 5 + years' experience in maintenance or related field, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role.\nExcellent knowledge and understanding of the facilities and physical plant requirements of a diverse organization.\nProficiency in or knowledge of a variety of common computer software, as in Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel.\nMust demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.\nMust have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.\nStrong judgement and reasoning abilities.\nExceptional organizational skills.\nAbility to lift 70#.\nMeet the requirements to drive a Springbrook vehicle as needed.\nSpringbrook is an equal opportunity employer.
