Remote Software Developer

Key Responsibilities• Design and build a responsive web application (mobile-friendly/PWA)• Develop intuitive dashboards and workflows for technicians, managers, and staff• Implement secure user authentication and role-based access control• Build and manage APIs, business logic, and workflow/status systems• Design and maintain a structured relational database• Enable file uploads (photos, documents) and reporting capabilities• Integrate third-party services such as SMS, email, payments, and mapping tools• Ensure application performance, scalability, and data integrity• Implement audit logs, notifications, and activity tracking• Collaborate on product design, user experience, and feature enhancements⸻Core Qualifications• Experience building full-stack web applications (frontend + backend)• Strong understanding of modern frameworks (e.g., React / Next.js or similar)• Experience with API development, authentication, and database design• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)• Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., Supabase or similar)• Ability to build role-based systems and workflow-driven applications• Experience integrating third-party APIs (SMS, email, payments, etc.)• Understanding of security best practices and data protection
