If you're a natural problem-solver who thrives on keeping equipment running, people safe, and OEE climbing, this is your shot to lead a team that directly powers production.\nYou'll be the go-to for everything from emergency repairs to preventive maintenance strategy, partnering closely with Production Supervisors, Sanitation, and Project Engineering to keep the plant moving safely and efficiently, 24/7.\nThis role leads a team of 5-6 maintenance technicians (Mechanical/Electrical generalists, plus dedicated Controls Techs handling PLC-level work) on lines running 200-1,000 jars per minute. You'll spend most of your time on the floor, with roughly 10-15% in office/admin work. Key equipment includes depalletizers, conveyor systems, 30,000-gallon batching tanks, fillers, cappers, labelers, casers, palletizers, and X-ray inspection systems.\n\n\"2-2-3 rotation\" refers to days on/off - not a rotating shift time.
