HR Domain Consultant
Location: 4900 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn OhioJob SummaryConsults with assigned client groups to determine optimal technology solutions for HR business processes. Works closely with client groups to develop and execute a technology roadmap. Accountable for change and communication plans.ResponsibilitiesREPORTING: Consults with clients to determine report and dashboard approach and what HR reporting solution best suits their needs. If WD Reporting is the solution, has the ability to modify or work report admin to build.CONFIGURATION: Tests releases and determines available enhancements either individually or with third party.COLLABORATION WITH PROCESS OWNERS: Manages and maintains the technology roadmap with their respective process owners.DOMAIN OWNERSHIP: Trusted domain partner - directly aligned with process owner(s). Deep subject matter expert in Workday.ESCALATIONS: Responsible root cause analysis and remediation.THIRD PARTY MANAGEMENT: Point of contact for third party.PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Monitoring the effectiveness of processes and identify process improvement opportunities.RISK MANAGEMENT: Responsible for GRC (governance, risk and controls).CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Works with Communications and Learning teams to develop tools and resources to support change management.DATA INTEGRITY: Consults with downstream consumers to determine data impacts.
