This is not a hybrid or remote position.\n\nClearance: Active TS/SCI with a polygraph.\n\nCertifications: None Required\n\nRequirements:\nFifteen (15) years' experience is required. Experience is to include, within the past ten (10) years, five (5) years' experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices.\nA Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or education from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.\n\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate and schedule process assessments\nAnalyze assessment results and make improvement recommendations\nAssess Process Improvement progress and report findings\nAssist in defining Process Improvement strategy and lesson learns\nDevelop the plans for process assessments, both informal and formal\nWork closely with the systems and software engineering process development team members to determine organizational readiness for assessment as well as in conducting assessments\nLead assessment teams in conducting both formal and informal assessments\nEnsure assessment results and recommendations are used as the basis for improvement plans\nEvaluate Systems Engineering and Software Engineering processes to address problems with process workflows, organizational structure and alignment and planning.\nConducts training sessions and workshops for Process Improvement activities\nInterpret and promote the use of Process Improvement best practices\nAssist in Enterprise level Systems and Software Engineering Process Improvement initiatives\nLead Process Improvement effort utilizing CMM/CMMI or other similar process models\nEnsure processes are established and documented to support the application and institutionalization of sound systems and software engineering discipline and continuous process improvement\nDevelop the plans for process assessments, both informal and formal\nWork closely with the systems and software engineering process development team members to determine organizational readiness for assessment as well as in conducting assessments\nCoordinate and schedule process assessments\nLead assessment teams in conducting both formal and informal assessments\nAnalyze assessment results and make improvement recommendations\nEnsure assessment results and recommendations are used as the basis for improvement plans\nAssess Process Improvement progress and report findings\nEvaluate Systems Engineering and Software Engineering processes to address problems with process workflows, organizational structure and alignment and planning.\nAssist in defining Process Improvement strategy and lesson learns\nConducts training sessions and workshops for Process improvement activities\nAssist in Enterprise level Systems and Software Engineering Process Improvement initiatives.\nLead process improvement efforts utilizing CMM/CMMI or other similar process models including lean six sigma.\nProduce and enable managed, repeatable, defined processes and eliminate waste, reduce process variation, and optimize process efficiency.\n\nBENEFITS - Full-time Employees\n401K with employer contribution.
