This position offers a dynamic environment where your technical skills and precision will directly contribute to our innovative manufacturing processes.\nResponsibilities\nAssemble electrical and mechanical components according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.\nUse hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques to accurately build assemblies.\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprint specifications to ensure correct assembly procedures.\nBuild electrical panels, wire electrical components, and perform electro-mechanical assembly tasks with precision.\nConduct troubleshooting of assemblies using engineering troubleshooting techniques and testing tools such as ohmmeters.\nFollow IPC 610 standards for electronic component assembly, ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to resolve assembly issues and improve manufacturing workflows.\nExperience\nProven experience in electronics assembly, including PCB (Printed Circuit Board) soldering and surface mount technology (SMT).\nFamiliarity with electrical schematic reading and interpretation is essential.\nHands-on experience with electrical wiring, electrical blueprint reading, and electrical panel building.\nKnowledge of mechanical assembly processes and machining is advantageous.\nAbility to use hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and testing equipment confidently.\nPrior experience with electro-mechanical components and IPC 610 standards is preferred.\nStrong troubleshooting skills with engineering support experience are a plus.\nJoin us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to precision manufacturing!
