As part of our team, you will provide 24/7 security coverage, including vehicle patrol, monitoring facilities, responding to incidents, and ensuring safety standards are met.\nKey Responsibilities:\nVehicle Patrol: Operate and maintain four (4) 4-wheel drive vehicles, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and in good working order.\nSecurity and Surveillance: Conduct roving, stationary, or mobile patrols of assigned areas, including buildings, perimeter fencing, and emergency systems.\nIncident Reporting: Complete daily activity reports (DAR) and incident reports for any security violations, disturbances, or accidents.\nCommunication: Maintain constant communication with the Area Control Center (ACC), Security Operations Center (SOC), and Field Division Security Coordinator (FDSC) as required.\nRoutine Inspections: Inspect doors, locks, gates, and regulatory signs to ensure all security measures are in place and functioning.\nAccident and Damage Management: Report any vehicle accidents or damage immediately to supervisors and assist with the completion of the incident report.\nResponse to Alarms: Respond to intrusion alarms and investigate potential security threats, contacting law enforcement if necessary.\nDispatcher\n· CCTV Monitoring: Monitor and assess surveillance footage from CCTV cameras across critical areas to detect suspicious activities or anomalies.\n· Gate Access Control: Manage and control access to the facility via gate access systems, ensuring authorized personnel and visitors are granted entry.\n· Emergency Response: Respond to alarms and emergency situations, following established protocols for fire, medical emergencies, active shooter events, and bomb threats.\n· Communication: Maintain communication with the Security Operations Center (SOC) and field teams via radio, phone, or internal systems. Report incidents clearly and promptly.\n· Visitor Management: Verify the identity of visitors and ensure they follow the proper sign-in and sign-out procedures.\n· System Maintenance: Perform regular checks on CCTV and access control systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
