We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to support our continued growth.\nPosition Summary:\nThe Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring service quality, and driving efficiency within our repair & maintenance division. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage both people and processes in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role, and not for an individual looking to do the minimum.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage and oversee day-to-day operations within our repair and maintenance division.\nLead, train, and support Facility Coordinators\nEnsure compliance with company standards, and client expectations\nDevelop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs\nMonitor performance metrics, KPIs, and service delivery outcomes\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact\nReview proposals to ensure they’re competitive, and accurate\nLead weekly client reporting and touch base calls\nTrack and manage margin performance\nIdentify and implement cost-saving opportunities internally and for our clients\nCoordinate scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation across sites\nCollaborate with leadership on forecasting, and growth initiatives\nParticipate in manager on-call rotation\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred\n7+ years of experience in facilities management/maintenance\n4+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in facility maintenance, property management, or a related industry\nProven leadership experience managing and leading a team.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities\nProficiency in Microsoft Office\nAbility to travel within the United States, as needed\nKey Competencies:\nLeadership & Team Development\nOperational Efficiency\nClient Relationship Management\nStrategic Thinking\nTime Management & Organization\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses (up to $1,500 a month, $18,000 per year)\nComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision)\nSupportive and dynamic work environment\nBenefits:\n401(k)\n401(k) matching\nDental insurance\nHealth insurance\nPaid time off\nVision insurance\nApplication Question(s):\nHave you managed a team before?
