You will report to the Lead Generation Leader and collaborate closely with our Client Partnership teams.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nData Analysis & Strategy Development:\n\nAnalyze data and provide insights to support business development, decision-making and strategy development.\nConduct thorough business analysis to identify growth opportunities and support prospecting efforts.\nGenerate weekly and monthly reports.\nSupport the Client Partnership team with recommendations that accelerate target identification and opportunity qualification.\n\nLead Generation & Outreach:\n\nGenerate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities.\nManage inbound leads driven by outbound efforts, ensuring a seamless transition and timely follow-up.\nNurture early-stage opportunities and establish rapport with potential clients through professional communication.\nGain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing customers while breaking into net new logos.\nPartner with the Client Partnerships team to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas.\nIdentify key decision makers within new accounts to drive deeper engagement and accelerate sales cycles.\n\nClient Relationship Management:\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior-level and executive stakeholders to align on unique strategy for the assigned business line.\nIdentify and track leads and opportunities, ensuring seamless transitions and timely follow-ups.\nAssist in scheduling initial consultations and follow-up meetings.\n\nCollaboration & Reporting:\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Lines, Marketing, and Client Partnerships) to ensure business objectives are met and deadlines are adhered to, participating in regularly scheduled business line coordination meetings.\nFollow-up on a routine basis on progress made and challenges experienced.\nAssist in the creation of high-quality PowerPoint presentations for clients.\nMaintain and ensure timely completion of project plans and deliverables.\nGenerate and manage emails in conjunction with marketing and business development initiatives.\n\nExperience/Skills:\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.\n1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in a B2B environment); experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.\nProven experience in business analysis, use of research technologies, and sales.\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data and value propositions to stakeholders.\nExcellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and outreach platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo and other email automation tools).\nExperience with data analysis tools and platforms.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.\nA results-driven mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to lead generation and sales.\n\nCore Competencies:\n\nRelationship Building: Ability to engage and establish trust with senior-level stakeholders.\nPipeline Management: Create and manage an achievable pipeline expansion target.\nProactive Engagement: Demonstrate a results-driven mindset, consistently pushing for new opportunities.\nAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.\nIndustry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.\n\nMetrics/KPIs:\n\nSales results for assigned business line.\nNumber of campaigns launched.\nNumber of emails sent and responses\nQualified leads and opportunities\nPhone meetings and closed deals\nSupportive research done aligned with business line objectives.\n\nWorking Conditions:\n\nRemote work with occasional travel to conferences and meetings as required.\n\nEPIIC Values:\n\nAll positions at Amplity have a responsibility to demonstrate our EPIIC Values in order to uphold our high-service standards.\n\nExcellence: We set high standards.
