As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.\nResponsibilities\nGreet and welcome guests, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.\nTake accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha or Micros POS systems.\nProvide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.\nEnsure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.\nMonitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.\nProcess payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with attention to detail.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices.\nCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation.\nAdhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure guest health and safety.\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred, with knowledge of food handling and safety practices.\nFamiliarity with POS systems such as Aloha, Micros, or OpenTable is highly desirable.\nStrong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.\nExcellent customer service skills, demonstrating hospitality and guest relations expertise.\nBasic math skills for handling transactions accurately; cash handling experience is a plus.\nCulinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial.\nAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated during shifts.\nOpen availability including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required based on business needs.
