You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations and be an integral part of our expansion.\nKey responsibilities and accountabilities:\nMaintain schedule and staffing.\nFirst point of contact for employees in Slack.\nPrepare each team during the daily huddle.\nOversee truck maintenance making sure all vehicles are serviced and maintained.\nImplement new and on-going training programs necessary for Hauling and Hoarding.\nStay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance, and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organization as appropriate.\nManage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing departments to monitor.\nAnswering emails, inbound calls and completing client call backs to book jobs.\nManage and improve operational practices.\nAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously\nAllocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines\nTrack and forecast operational trends and analysis\nQUALIFICATIONS\nPrevious experience in operations or other related fields\nStrategic visionary for company growth\nStrong project management skills\nStrong problem solving and critical thinking skills\nStrong leadership qualities\nTO APPLY\nAnswer the following questions and ATTACH YOUR RESUME and send to jhanzlick@cluttertrucker.com\nWhat is prompting you to apply for this position at this time?\nTell us what you know about what we do.\nIn what capacity have you managed Operations in an organization in the past?\nThanks for applying!
