This is your opportunity to step into a leadership role where your teaching expertise, team-building skills, and love of movement will shape not only client experiences-but the next generation of instructors.What You'll Do:Inspire and Guide a High-Performing TeamOversee instructor scheduling and day-to-day team coordination across studios. Ensure the substitution process is running smoothly with accountabilityConduct class audits and performance reviews to support growth and elevate qualityMentor and coach instructors, cultivating a supportive and collaborative studio cultureLead and Teach with IntentionTeach ~15 inspiring Reformer classes and private sessions each week, creating safe, empowering, and dynamic experiences for clients of all levelsSet the tone for excellence through your energy, presence, and professionalismStep in as the primary substitute instructor when neededBe the embodiment and ambassador for MNTRecruit, Train, and Develop TalentWith our support, complete the MNTSTUDIO Reformer Certification Program and help train others in the MNTSTUDIO Signature MethodPartner with our VP of Training & Head of Education to identify and onboard new instructorsLead our Burlingame Instructor Mentorship Program, helping trainees grow into confident, skilled teachersSupport the growth and execution of MNT's Reformer Certification Program and Heated Mat Certification Program and other education initiativesTake initiative in outreach and recruitment for upcoming Teacher TrainingsSupport Studio OperationsEnsure all Pilates equipment is maintained and in excellent conditionStep in as acting Studio Manager when needed to keep operations running seamlesslySupport studio sales and marketing efforts including at times attending events on behalf of MNTWhat We're Looking ForCertified Pilates Instructor with strong Reformer expertiseMinimum 3 years of group teaching experienceProven leadership ability and a passion for mentorshipExcellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skillsExperience managing teams or teacher training programs a plusA growth mindset and commitment to education, wellness, and communityCompensation & BenefitsAnnual salary: $80,000-$90,000Depending on candidate's experience, needs of the studio, and applicant availability this role may be hourly or salaryOngoing professional development and career advancementSupportive, inspiring studio environment where you can truly thriveWhy MNTSTUDIO Burlingame?At MNTSTUDIO in Burlingame, we're more than a studio-we're a community built on connection, empowerment, and continuous growth.
