This includes support for software applications, database management, and web-based components.\n\nThe Client, in partnership with the DMV Application Services team, is seeking an IBM DB2 Database Administrator responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the DB2 database environment that supports the DESTINY application. This role will ensure high availability, performance, data integrity, and seamless operation of the DMV’s mission‑critical systems.\n\nRole Description:\n\nThe role will require you to manage, configure, and maintain DB2 databases running on mainframe platforms. Perform database installation, upgrades, patches, migrations, and version management. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and tune DB2 components to ensure high availability.
