This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing the ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on workflow automation, platform customization, and business process improvement.\n\nThe ServiceNow Developer is responsible for guiding governance discussions, gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements, and proposing scalable technical solutions that enhance end-user support, ticketing, auditing, and business process automation within an existing Azure tenant-based environment. Working closely with government stakeholders, program leadership, and engineering teams, this individual will design and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalogs, and applications that improve operational efficiency and modernize service delivery.\n\nThe successful candidate will leverage ServiceNow's low-code/no-code capabilities, Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, JavaScript, and platform development tools to automate business processes and deliver scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
