Private Client Advisor II

OverviewThis position is responsible for acquiring new clients, deepening client relationships, and building an internal and external network to achieve business development goals. The role leads the Client Management Process, partnering across the enterprise to provide a Branded Client Experience with access to the full suite of Private Bank services. The role may involve residential mortgage loan originations, requiring SAFE Act registration.ResponsibilitiesLead the Client Process Management Process within the client team to identify new business development opportunities.Source new clients in alignment with the bank's established risk appetite.Lead the client team to deliver meaningful interactions and a Branded Client Experience.Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' needs, preferences, and overall wealth strategy, being responsive to changes.Advocate for clients and prospects as a trusted advisor, providing integrated recommendations including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management.Encourage use and adoption of digital capabilities to enhance the client and client team experience.Build relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence.Required QualificationsSeries 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66); unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date.12+ years of private banking and/or complex financial services experience or equivalent financial services/business experience.Ability to drive new business development for target client segment ($3MM++ investable assets).Ability to present a holistic approach leveraging the entire Private Bank platform.High touch, client-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills.Leader who recognizes opportunities for client engagement and proactively acts upon them.Ability to influence; proactively asks for and closes business.Solutions oriented; sales and financial aptitude a must.Must be a skilled negotiator.Ability to work with and identify the need for team specialists; collaborate closely with other team members.Takes on a leadership role on the team and within the business community.Desired QualificationsMBA or Post-Graduate Degree, CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM or JD.SkillsBusiness DevelopmentClient ManagementClient Solutions AdvisoryProspectingWealth PlanningAnalytical ThinkingOral CommunicationsReferral ManagementRelationship BuildingRisk ManagementActive ListeningAttention to DetailCollaborationDecision MakingLoan StructuringMinimum Education RequirementHigh School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.Work ScheduleShift: 1st shift (United States).
