The intern will work primarily on desktop maintenance and support issues with the Endpoint team members in Kimball Electronics Shared Services in Jasper, IN.\nThe projects will include such items as:\nBuild/wipe/maintain computers\nDocument and maintain assets\nAssisting with support issues\nAssist as backup to Support Center\nKESC Support Mailbox\nKESC Call Center\nProcess accounts as needed\nPrinter maintenance/management/troubleshooting\nAssist with New User onboarding\nMonitor, accept, and transfer support tickets and requests within FreshService\nRecognize possible problematic trends and facilitate corrective action\nFollow up with Level 2 Support on status of open issues to ensure resolution\nRequired qualifications:\nHigh School Graduate pursuing a job in IT or a degree in IT or Computer Science\nUS Citizen or Legal Resident of the United States\nReside in Jasper area, or at least willing to commute to be “in office”\nPreferred qualifications:\nStrong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills\nKnowledge of PC imaging and deployment practices\nKnowledge of Windows troubleshooting\nAble to adapt to changes in environment\nAbility to multitask and thrive in a collaborative team environment\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
