recommend improvements that enhance performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.\n\nInstall, configure, and maintain secure HTTPS web servers in both cloud and on‑premises environments supporting static and dynamic web applications.\n\nSupport Java application environments, APIs, Java Servlets, and JavaServer Pages (JSP) used to facilitate secure information sharing.\n\nProduce, maintain, and support data integration applications that transform multiple data sources into standardized XML formats.\n\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including:\n\nStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\n\nTechnical documentation\n\nProcess workflows\n\nWhite papers\n\nStatus reports\n\nDashboards\n\nProgram reports\n\nTrack project milestones,
