If you are an enthusiastic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a team, this job is for you!\n\nIn this role, you will….\n\nServe as the responsible Planner for a specific IPT on the program\n\nDevelop, manage, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues\n\nMaintain cost, schedule, and technical accuracy by coordinating with the cost team, CAM, and technical team\n\nEnsure EIA-748 schedule guidelines and program baseline control processes are followed\n\nApply critical path methodology, risk analysis, and problem resolution to mitigate delays, communicate schedule impacts, and propose corrective actions\n\nManage cost/schedule integration in support of Earned Value requirements and generate schedule metrics and reports for Program Management, Executive Management, and Customer Stakeholders\n\nDevelop recovery plans to ensure program milestones are completed in accordance with contract requirements\n\nCoordinate vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the IMS, and the Program Summary Master Schedule\n\nInterface with program management, senior management, and the customer\n\nUtilize performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions that improve program performance\n\nPartners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused. Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts. Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments.
