{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"a18537d127229a8b9cc7e00a","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a18537d127229a8b9cc7e00a","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a18537d127229a8b9cc7e00a","title":"Reliability Engineer","description":"MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Reliability Engineers to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.\n\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nPlans and directs engineering activities and provides specialized training for Technical Engineering Teams.\n\nPrepare detailed operations and procedures manuals focused on system reliability and work measurement.\n\nAuthorize technical artifacts and coordinate the resolution of identified engineering problems with senior stakeholders and Mission Partners.\n\nLeads the day-to-day execution of engineering sustainment for forward-deployed detachments and oversees the tracking of mission-critical systems in theater.\n\nOversee the integration of novel engineering technologies and recommend process improvements to increase the efficiency of repair networks.\n\nValidate engineering After-Action Reports and develop tactical procedures to mitigate theaterwide reliability risks.\n\nProvides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.\n\nNOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience.
