Our platform supports the full lifecycle of short code provisioning, serving thousands of customers. As the registry backbone for regulated telecommunications messaging, GCH Tech sits at the intersection of compliance, carrier coordination, and high-availability SaaS infrastructure.\r\nWhat You Will Do\r\nDefine and evolve application, data, and cloud architecture for a multi-tenant SaaS platform.\r\nLead the design and delivery of scalable full-stack solutions using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.\r\nArchitect APIs, integrations, and service patterns that support secure, maintainable, and extensible solutions.\r\nDesign and optimize PostgreSQL data models, indexing strategies, and performance tuning approaches.\r\nEstablish cloud architecture standards across AWS services, including RDS, Lambda, S3, IAM, Cognito, and QuickSight.\r\nArchitect and deliver embedded analytics solutions using AWS QuickSight, including dashboard design, row-level security, and data modeling.\r\nDrive architecture reviews, technology decisions, and engineering standards related to scalability, resiliency, security, and observability.\r\nPartner with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions and roadmaps.\r\nChampion Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and deployment best practices utilizing Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.\r\nMentor engineers and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, from solution design through production support.\r\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\r\nExperience designing and developing web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.\r\nExperience developing APIs and backend services using Node.js, NestJS, Express, or comparable frameworks.\r\nExperience designing and supporting PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.\r\nExperience utilizing AWS cloud services, including at least three of the following: EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, IAM, Cognito, or QuickSight.\r\nExperience serving as the technical lead, solution architect, or primary design authority for at least one production software application.\r\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\r\nExperience designing or supporting multi-tenant SaaS applications and cloud-native architectures.\r\nExperience implementing embedded analytics solutions using AWS QuickSight, including dashboard embedding, datasets, and row-level security.\r\nExperience developing applications using Next.js, including App Router, server components, middleware, and API routes.\r\nExperience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or comparable automation tools.\r\nExperience implementing authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, RBAC, or related security frameworks.\r\nExperience supporting platforms within telecommunications, messaging, compliance-driven, or other highly regulated industries.\r\nFor this role, we anticipate paying $145,000 - $180,000 per year.
